Think you and Producer Brittany share a brain cell, Friends? Or are you about to discover you’re living on completely different planets?
Every weekday from October 5th to 16th, tune in to Rob & Friends at 9:05 AM for 1K Wordplay! Rob kicks things off by cracking open a sealed envelope live on air to reveal the cash prize up for grabs. Sometimes it’s a little bonus cash, and sometimes it’s up to $1,000!
Here’s where things get interesting! You’ll be given five words, one at a time, and you’ll say the very first word that comes to mind. Then, Producer Brittany gets the exact same five words, and she’ll try to match your answers. The catch? She’ll be wearing noise-cancelling headphones and won’t hear a single thing you say!
Match at least three out of five words, and you’ll win the cash prize Rob revealed. Miss too many, and the round is over!
BUT THERE’S AN EXTRA BONUS, FRIENDS! Win or lose, if you play 1K Wordplay between October 5th and 16th, you’ll also score a 4-pack of tickets to the TODAY Radio Takeover at Field of Screams on October 16th at Cobb’s Adventure Park!
That’s right! You’ll get to join the TODAY Radio team for a spooky night of Halloween fun, including an exclusive opportunity to arrive one hour early, just for Friends of TODAY Radio!
Listen to Rob & Friends every weekday at 9:05 AM, put your brain to the test, and get ready for the ultimate Halloween night out!
Good luck, Friends!
