Drops of Gratitude

ABOUT Drops of Gratitude:
Their slogan is “Wear Your Wellness” as they specialize in aromatherapy jewelry.
We are a woman-owned, family run store in Southcentre mall (and online- www.dropsofgratitude.ca).
They solely focus on products that highlight positive psychology and wellness.
Their flagship product is their Aromatherapy Bracelet and Essential oil line:
Drops of Gratitude Aromatherapy Bracelets are proudly handmade in Calgary, Alberta. Unlike other gemstone bracelets, DG includes a bottle of therapeutic-grade essential oil for an all-in-one wellness product. With 32 gemstone styles and 5 essential oil blends to choose from, every bracelet is designed to harness the power of aromatherapy and gemstone energy. DG aromatherapy bracelets are a unique and personalized gift that supports a specific state or emotion. Choosing a DG bracelet is an experiential process. People read the descriptions, relate to the intentions and smell the essential oil samples — it’s fun and meaningful to choose one.
They just recently applied for the Made In Alberta Awards and we were asked to list our proudest accomplishments:
– $12,000+ donated to Alberta families through our own program called DG Kids Care.
– Ran a two month long campaign to raise money and awareness in honour of the Indigenous Peoples that survived the residential school system and the thousands of children that never got a chance to grow up. 100% of the profits went to the Legacy of Hope Foundation. Both Laura and Terry have Indigenous roots and this campaign was very special to them.
– Continued supporter of Made by Mama YYC by adopting families in need over the Holidays.
– Long time supporter of the Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre through donating products for bereavement packages.
– Supporter of Helping Families Handle Cancer (HFHC) through product donations.
– Partnered with Gems for Gems and donated hundreds of bracelets to women who have been victims of domestic abuse.
– Multiple collaborations with foundations like the Breaking Free and Wings of Hope to create custom bracelets for fundraising purposes.
– One of the most valuable things that founder Laura McKinnon holds close to heart is her ability to spread love whenever possible. She does this through gifting products (at no cost) to those who are going through hard times. Most recently she created 10 bracelets for an Alberta family that lost their son in a car accident using a bracelet that he always wore.
